What I Use

Updated on 25h of April, 2024

People should want less instead of more, but any case, here’s what I tend to use on a more or less daily basis.

Hardware

  • MacBook Pro M3 Max, 14 inch,

  • Sony WH-1000XM4 noise-cancelling headphones

  • iPhone 15 Pro

  • Logitech MX Master 3 for Mac

  • Tenkeyless Apple Magic Keyboard

  • Amazon Kindle

  • Lamy Safari fountain pen

  • Leuchtturm1917 notebook

  • Way too much music gear to list… (many of which I probably should sell or give away)

Software

  • Emacs

  • Safari

  • Calibre to de-DRM ebooks

  • Dash for offline documentation

  • Raycast

  • Apple Logic Pro and various plugins made by either me or someone else

  • Opusmodus for composing music

  • Compiler Explorer

  • On my free time I’m mostly writing Common Lisp when I’ve a change and C++ when I have to (for stuff mainly relating to VST/AU/AAX and LLVM).

  • Professionally, right tool for the job. That being said, currently it tends to be:

    • Go, C/C++, Python or JavaScript/TypeScript

    • Terraform
